Upon booking a service with us, clients automatically accept and agree to abide by our Terms of Service. This acceptance signifies their understanding and agreement with all outlined conditions, policies, and obligations.
It is essential that clients review these terms thoroughly to ensure they are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide all necessary information and grant access required for the services to be effectively rendered.

4. Service Fees:
While our service fees are still being finalized, we prioritize ensuring a swift and efficient “Chancenkarte” application process for our clients. In the unfortunate event that your application is ultimately denied by the immigration center, we are committed to providing a full refund (100%) of any service fees paid. This, of course, is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our agreement under Clause 3.
However, please note that the final decision and timeline depend on the responsible immigration center, over which we have no control. While we cannot guarantee a specific timeline, we promise to keep you informed throughout the process.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Furthermore, you have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days of accepting the conditions and receive a (100%) refund without giving any reason.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract as mentioned in clause 3 if we see any violation in any form towards our company. Should unforeseen delays arise in obtaining required documents, we kindly request that you promptly notify your designated contact person to ensure a seamless processing timeline.
In the event of a final rejection of your application by the competent immigration authority, we are committed to a full refund of the service fee (100%) of our service fee with the inclusion of clause 3.
6. Intellectual Property:
The content on this website, including text, logos, and other elements (the “Content”) belongs to [Talent Support] or its licensors. All confidential information disclosed to the client by the service provider (i) is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the service provider, and (ii) is disclosed or permitted to be acquired by the client solely in reliance on the terms and conditions of this Agreement to maintain the confidential information in confidence and not to use or disclose the confidential information to any other person.
Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement does not confer any right, license, ownership, or other interest in or title to the confidential information to the client.
8. Liability:
We are responsible for the content we publish on these pages according to German law (Section 7 Paragraph 1 TMG). However, Sections 8 to 10 TMG clarify that we, as a service provider, are not obligated to constantly monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our platform, nor are we required to proactively search for signs of illegal activity.
This does not relieve us of our responsibility to remove or block access to information that violates the law. We are still liable for such content, but only after we become aware of a specific legal violation.
If such violations come to our attention, we will remove the content immediately.
9. Governing Law:
The terms of this agreement and the rights of the parties involved shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Munich, Germany.
